- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Extremely poor service and very rude. Listed as a UPS pick up so went send off return items. The guy interrogated me about what was in the boxes like I was shippig drugs or something. He,asked how I planned to pay I told him return shipping was covered by Amazon and tried to show,him the email they sent and he stated he doesnt look at cell phones and told me if i wasn't paying I needed to leave the store. So I did and I don't plan on returning. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what but Brown Drug has lost my business for good.September 03, 2017by Lucas D
